Manifesting Workshop x Drum Journey Experience 

Manifestation begins with frequency. According to the Law of Vibration, everything in the universe is in constant motion, and what you attract is shaped by the energy you consistently embody. The Law of Attraction responds to this signal, reflecting back experiences that match your inner state.

This Joy Workshop is an invitation to align your energy through presence, intention, and embodied joy. Rather than manifesting through force or effort, we explore how joy becomes the pathway—because when you feel good, open, and connected, you naturally become a match for what you’re calling in.

Through a guided drum journey, you’ll be led into a deep meditative state where the steady rhythm of the drum helps quiet the thinking mind and open the intuitive, imaginal, and energetic realms. Drum journeying is an ancient form of meditation used by shamans and wisdom keepers for thousands of years to access insight, healing, and guidance beyond ordinary awareness.

When we enter this space with openness, curiosity, and respect, the experience can feel profoundly meaningful—sometimes subtle, sometimes vivid, and often deeply personal. There is no “right” way to journey. Some people receive clear imagery, others sensations, emotions, or simple knowings. All experiences are valid.

Cord Cutting Ceremony x Soundbath Experience

Cord cutting is a powerful ritual that supports the release of energetic ties to people, places, and experiences that no longer serve you. Even unseen connections can quietly drain your energy and keep you anchored to the past.

The spring equinox is a potent time for this work. Marking balance, rebirth, and new beginnings, it invites us to clear what has lingered through the winter and make space for fresh growth. Cutting cords now allows you to step into the new season lighter, clearer, and more aligned with what’s ahead.

Through the grounding vibrations of sound healing, stagnant energy is gently dissolved and your field is restored to harmony. This is your moment to release the old, reclaim your power, and step forward renewed

Sacred Water Ceremony; Water is Life

Through this sacred water ceremony, we will slow down and connect deeply with the sacred waters, offering them the reverence and communion they are asking for. The experience begins with a simple teaching on the spiritual essence and scientific teachings of water, exploring how water is linked to us and the collective.

We will connect through sacred medicine songs and ritual practices, followed by a sipping ceremony to attune the water as it flows through the body, learning how to tune it to specific frequencies. Participants will then be guided into their own sacred waters through a meditation, concluding with a cleansing ritual using water on the body to purify and restore, bringing them back to where their soul first began.
