Usui Reiki 1st Degree Training & Certification
During the 1st degree training of Usui Reiki, you will learn about the history of Usui Reiki and its founder Dr. Mikao Usui. We will go over the different hand positions and methods of self healing as well as how to treat others including animals and plants. The 5 reiki principals will be covered including the code of ethics of the reiki practice. Clearing of your own energy and the space in which reiki will be administered will be taught. We will also go over the basics of the chakra system and how to balance & clear the chakras and aura. Basic meditations will also be taught and discussed. There will be plenty of hands on practice through out the class for giving and receiving reiki. Included in this course is a level 1 reiki manual and your 1st degree reiki certification. You will also receive your 1st degree reiki attunement.
