Sometimes it arrives like your whole system saying, “MOVE. NOW.”
This Ecstatic Dance journey is a chance to drop the noise, clear the emotional clutter, and let your body take the lead for a while.
Krista and Annie will guide you through an intentionally crafted wave of music, from gentle arrival to full-bodied expansion, then into grounded integration, so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more you.
No choreography or performance. Just you, your breath, your instincts, and a room full of people doing the brave, gorgeous thing of being fully themselves.
Come shake off winter’s heaviness, reconnect with your joy, and activate the version of you that’s ready to bloom, on purpose.
Krista and Annie are the kind of duo who can get you out of your head and back into your body, fast. Krista is a Spanish teacher, international tour guide, and Inner Journeys ecstatic dance facilitator who creates movement spaces that feel welcoming, freeing, and beautifully human. Annie Hunting is a Success and Wellness Coach and Intuitive Guide, and creator of The Phoenix Code, a signature process built around becoming the version of you who oozes success, with a business plan to match. Together, they blend playful freedom, grounded guidance, and just enough fire to help you shake loose what’s stuck and come home to yourself.
