Susan will guide you through a poetic meditation journey connecting you to your body, breath and the earth before inviting you to experience her nourishing bone broth recipe.
After the ceremony you will receive the broth recipe as well as any guidance you may need to leave with a love for the slow and connected process of broth making.

Susan Van Hart is a doula, feminist poet, trauma informed breath and energy artist, and (self proclaimed) woodland witch.
Susan's distinct set of skills and passions allows her to offer a unique medicine to those who are interested in deepening into their healing journey and connection with the earth.
